Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Finally, I was able to watch the movie yesterday although I was not able to watch it yet on iMax but it was okay.
With a cheese flavored popcorn and a very large fresh watermelon shake at hand, the boyfriend and I watched it together at Walter Mart in Munoz just because we want to try out the cinemas there. Back to the movie review now, HP6 is okay but I can’t totally say that the 6th installment amazed me that much even if I was not able to read the book yet. The movie made me think on what happened, it keeps me hanging on the story. Yes! The movie is good but it lacks some point especially for someone like me who haven’t read the book yet. What more if you already did read the book before watching the movie.
I know that movie adaptations of the book should not be compared much but all I’m saying is to not remove the important part of the stories as well as the important characters on the stories. No! I am not expecting to much on book based movies but then again important parts are still important and without it people will be left hanging.
In fairness to the movie, the part where Dumbledore died made me cry.
